Notice is hereby given that a Hearing by the Town of Burnett Appeals Board will be held on Monday, March 28, 2011, at 7 p.m. at the Burnett Town Hall to act on an application by James Rieman for a front, side, and rear yard variance to construct a new residence on Parcel 1643-040 located in the Town of Burnett. All persons interested are invited to attend and be heard.
