March 9, 2010
The monthly Town Board meeting was called to order on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at 7 p.m. by Chairman Tim Fletcher.
Present were Tim Fletcher, Bob Young, Dale Braunschweig, James Stone, David Otto, Vicki Baum, Marilyn Rieman, Sally Young, Ron Woock, Merlin Pieper, Lavern Pieper, Mike Matoushek, Cheryl Wegner, Dennis Braun, Charles Grebel, Randy Schwark, and Debra Waldvogel.
The minutes of the February meeting were read by the Clerk. A motion was made by Braunschweig and seconded by Young to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried.
Chairman Fletcher read the meeting notice.
James Stone from Quasar Thermal Imaging gave a presentation on his thermal imaging camera. He said he expects to begin construction of the condos in June or July using green technology.
A motion was made by Young and seconded by Braunschweig to grant a bartender license to Tammy Rohloff who will be employed at Chances. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Braunschweig and seconded by Young to set the 2010 Annual Meeting for Tuesday, April 13, at 6 p.m. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Young and seconded by Braunschweig to have the County inspect our bridges. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Braunschweig and seconded by Young to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Young and seconded by Braunschweig to pay all bills as presented. Ck# 23194 through Ck# 23222 for a total of $104,372.96. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Braunschweig and seconded by Young to adjourn at 8:24 p.m. Motion carried.
