May 11, 2010, Monthly Board Meeting
May 11, 2010
The monthly Town Board meeting was called to order on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at 7 p.m. by Chairman Tim Fletcher. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Present were Tim Fletcher, Bob Young, Dale Braunschweig, David Otto, Vicki Baum, Ron Woock, Jim Pitzlin, Merlin Pieper, Lavern Pieper, Ray Butterbrodt, Debra Waldvogel, and Dan Mueller from Northeast Asphalt.
The minutes of the April meeting were read by the Clerk. A motion was made by Young and seconded by Braunschweig to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried.
Chairman Fletcher read the meeting notice.
Road bids were opened from Northeast Asphalt and Scott Construction. A motion was made by Braunschweig and seconded by Young to accept these bids as presented and spend up to the amount in our 2010 road budget. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Young and seconded by Braunschweig to adopt a resolution appointing Randy Grebel as the Town’s representative to the Temporary Airport Zoning Technical Advisory Committee of Dodge County. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Braunschweig and seconded by Young to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Young and seconded by Braunschweig to pay all bills as presented. Ck #23252 through Ck #23278 for a total of $13,637.78. Motion carried.
Supervisors Young and Braunschweig examined the cancelled checks and compared them with the April bank statement.
A motion was made by Braunschweig and seconded by Young to adjourn at 8:25 p.m. Motion carried.
